Daily Training Schedule

Basically, the training schedule is as follow:

Monday - Friday
First round
7AM - Jogging or warm up, stretching
8AM - Shadow boxing
- Skill training On/Off ring
- Spar on the ring with trainer
10AM - Gym workout or rest

Second round
4PM - Jogging or warm up, stretching
5PM - Shadow boxing
- Skill training On/Off ring
- Spar on the ring with trainer
7PM - Gym workout or rest

SAT and SUN rest so we can have time to travel around.
